Deniz Gurbuz Named American Bar Association 2021 “On the Rise” Honoree

Corporate associate Deniz Gurbuz was named to the American Bar Association’s 2021 “On the Rise” program. The “On the Rise” program recognizes the top 40 young lawyers who exemplify a broad range of high achievement, innovation, vision, leadership and legal and community and pro bono service. Among other accomplishments, Deniz was recognized for her dedication to pro bono and helping to relaunch the VOLS Unemployed Workers Hotline for unemployed New Yorkers in need of assistance during the COVID-19 pandemic and for fostering diversity and inclusion as a member of the firm’s Inclusion Task Force.
