The National Legal Aid & Defender Association (NLADA) will recognize Paul, Weiss as a Beacon of Justice honoree for the firm’s work addressing issues related to civil and human rights. Honorees have demonstrated an understanding of the interconnected nature of social categorizations such as race, gender, religion and sexual orientation, among others, and have worked to address these complex challenges in their pro bono practices.
The NLADA, America’s oldest and largest nonprofit association devoted to excellence in the delivery of legal services to those who cannot afford counsel, will celebrate Beacon of Justice honorees at their 2024 Exemplar Awards Gala in Washington on June 6.
