Sustainability & Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Advisory Practice
Business leaders face greater pressure to increase their organizations’ resilience while simultaneously addressing social issues of importance to stakeholders. Our advisory practice helps companies navigate the legal, business and political ramifications of developing and implementing ESG initiatives. We advise on matters such as stakeholder engagement, corporate governance, crisis management, corporate social responsibility, sustainability, diversity and inclusion, ethics and compliance.
Paul, Weiss, in collaboration with the NYU School of Law Center on Race, Inequality and the Law, will host a webinar, “Living the Values of ESG.” The panelists will discuss the growing significance of ESG commitments and values to stakeholders, and strategies for furthering ESG goals within various institutions—especially those related to diversity and inclusion. Panelists include Deborah Archer, NYU Law Associate Professor of Clinical Law and Co-Faculty Director at the Center on Race, Inequality and the Law, Thomas Kim, Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary at Thomson Reuters, and Danyale Price, Chief Inclusion Officer at Paul, Weiss. The panel will be moderated by Dave Curran, Chief Sustainability & ESG Officer at Paul, Weiss.
The webinar will be held on December 3 at 12 p.m. EST.
