Corporate counsel Ryan McNaughton discussed esoteric asset securitization at the Practising Law Institute’s “New Developments in Securitization” seminar on December 13 in New York City. Ryan's session addressed recent legal developments in whole business securitization and other esoteric securitization asset classes, including commercial and residential tax liens, PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) assets and timeshare loans.
