Paul, Weiss was recognized as a winner in four categories in The Deal Awards 2022, including “Most Outstanding Deal of the Year,” the top deal award, for advising Advance in Discovery’s acquisition of Warner Media from AT&T.
The firm was also recognized in the “Private Equity Deal of the Year” category for advising Clearlake in its acquisition of Chelsea Football Club, and the “Outstanding Deal of the Year” category for advising MGM in its acquisition by Amazon. Additionally, the firm was named “Regulatory Counsel of the Year.”
The Deal Awards annually recognize the deals and dealmakers shaping the deal economy. Winners were announced at an awards ceremony in New York City on September 29.
