Ericsson Completes Acquisition of Envivio

Paul, Weiss client Ericsson announced the completion of its acquisition of Envivio, Inc., a California-based video encoding provider. The transaction was completed through a merger of Ericsson's indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Cindy Acquisition Corporation. Envivio will operate as a subsidiary of Ericsson and its shares will be delisted from the NASDAQ Global Select Market. The merger follows the successful completion of the tender offer by Ericsson for all shares in Envivio for the price of $4.10 per share.
