Law.com International named Paul, Weiss a “Private Equity Team of the Year” finalist in its 2022 British Legal Awards for our role advising KKR in its acquisition of a majority position in ERM from OMERS and AIMCo. Corporate partners Alvaro Membrillera and Adam Wollstein served as lead M&A advisors in the deal. The award recognizes UK deals from the past year that set new standards in the delivery of legal services.
Winners will be recognized at an awards ceremony in London on November 23.
