An associate in the Litigation Department, Alison Benedon specializes in securities litigation. She has substantial experience representing companies and their officers and directors in shareholder class actions and derivative litigations. She has also represented clients in employment disputes and bankruptcy litigation and has substantial appellate experience. Alison has represented clients across a variety of industries, including technology, media, food & beverage, consumer goods, mining, and financial services firms. She also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on civil rights and family law.

Prior to her work in private practice, Alison clerked for Chief Justice Stuart Rabner of the New Jersey Supreme Court. While in law school, Alison served as Staff Editor of the Cardozo Law Review.
