A partner in the Corporate Department, Anusha Simha is a member of the Private Funds Group. Anusha focuses her practice on the formation and operation of a variety of private investment funds, including private equity funds, credit funds, infrastructure funds and other types of alternative asset funds. She advises clients on a wide range of fund formation issues, including the development and marketing of funds to U.S. and non-U.S. investors, and related regulatory and compliance matters.

Anusha also has experience in advising fund managers on all aspects of the business of alternative asset management, including regulatory issues, management company “upper tier” arrangements, investment management M&A transactions, co-investment vehicles, seeding arrangements, secondary transactions and strategic joint venture arrangements.
