An associate in the Litigation Department, Daphne Thompson advises clients in complex matters in federal and state courts, as well as in regulatory enforcement proceedings. She has litigated both trial and appellate matters across a variety of fields, including securities, antitrust and white collar defense.

Daphne maintains an active pro bono practice focusing on anti-hate impact litigation and indigent direct services.

While in law school, Daphne was an associate managing editor of the Stanford Law Review and an executive editor of the Stanford Journal for Civil Rights & Civil Liberties.
