LongRange Capital to Acquire Pizza Hut

Paul, Weiss is advising private equity firm LongRange Capital on its acquisition of Pizza Hut, excluding Mainland China, from Yum! Brands, Inc. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
