As an associate in the Litigation Department, Gretchen Edelman focuses on complex commercial and civil litigation. Gretchen has experience guiding clients through all phases of litigation and dispute resolution at multiple forums, including representing clients on appeal and in mediation or arbitration. She has represented major companies in the fields of sports and entertainment, information technology and communications, and finance, among others.
Gretchen has also assisted clients with matters involving internal cybersecurity review and government investigations, including those related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and other corporate governance matters.
