Paul, Weiss is advising PTC Inc., a leader in complex industrial product design, engineering and data management, on its all-cash acquisition by global energy technology company Schneider Electric. Under the agreement, France-based Schneider will pay $205 per share for all of PTC’s outstanding shares, valuing the U.S.-based company at about $22.6 billion. The deal is expected to close by the third quarter of 2027, subject to customary closing conditions and PTC shareholder approval.
