Parker Murray is an associate in the Litigation Department focusing on commercial civil litigation. Parker has litigated cases in state and federal courts on a range of matters from inception through trial. His work includes consumer protection, tort, trade secrets, securities, intellectual property and breach of contract cases, as well as non-competition and non-solicitation agreements. He has represented individuals and companies in the fields of energy, software and technology, and consumer goods, among others.
