Kathleen H. Pierre is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Supreme Court & Appellate Litigation Practice Group. She advocates for clients in state and federal courts nationwide, including before the U.S. Supreme Court, the federal courts of appeal and state appellate courts. Kathleen also advises on appellate strategy and represents parties in complex civil matters involving constitutional, bankruptcy, administrative, contract, insurance and securities law.

Kathleen maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on family law and immigration.
