Lewis Fainer is an associate in the Corporate Department and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Lewis has acted for corporate clients, private equity sponsors and pension funds in connection with public and private M&A, including joint ventures, carve-out transactions and venture capital investments. He also advises U.S. and Canadian issuers with respect to U.S. federal securities laws, corporate governance and other corporate matters.
