Paul, Weiss is advising Jamieson Wellness, Inc., the manufacturer and marketer of Canada’s top vitamins, minerals and supplements brand, on its all-cash acquisition by Kirin Holdings Company, Limited, for an enterprise value of approximately C$2.5 billion. Under the agreement, Kirin will acquire Jamieson Wellness for C$45.75 per share in cash. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
