Lili Ramirez is an associate in the Litigation Department specializing in white collar and regulatory defense matters, with a focus on high-stakes corporate internal investigations, as well as criminal and regulatory investigations and proceedings. Lili has substantial experience in strategy and preparation of presentations to corporate boards, external auditors and government regulators. Being multilingual, Lili is well-positioned to counsel clients on both domestic and cross-border matters.

Prior to joining Paul, Weiss, Lili was an associate at a leading global law firm and clerked for a newly-appointed federal judge where she handled matters ranging from securities matters to complex civil litigation matters. Before attending law school, Lili was a paralegal in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Foreign Corrupt Practices Act Unit.
