An associate in the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice in the London office, Lottie Hudson advises leading private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on complex cross-border transactions, including leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, disposals, minority investments, co-investments, carve-outs and corporate restructurings. Lottie also regularly advises clients on a range of other general corporate matters. 

In 2025, Lottie completed a year-long secondment to General Atlantic. In 2022, she also spent time on secondment at Bain Capital.
