Natalie has advised on numerous transactions on behalf of private equity firms and private and public companies across a variety of industries, including fashion, media and entertainment, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, travel, retail, financial services, technology, software and manufacturing.

Natalie has substantial experience advising clients on standalone intellectual property matters, including endorsement and sponsorship deals and licenses, as well as intellectual property and technology aspects of domestic and cross-border corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, spin-outs, carve-outs, joint ventures and financings.
