KPS to Sell Aluminum Product Manufacturer Metra to Grupa Kęty

Paul, Weiss is advising KPS Capital Partners, LP, on the €645 million sale of Italy-based Metra, a leading global manufacturer of extruded aluminum products and related services, to Warsaw-listed industrial group Grupa Kęty S.A. Metra’s products are used primarily in rail, industrial and construction end markets across Europe and North America. The transaction, announced on September 14, is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027, subject to customary closing conditions and approvals.
