Henrik Morch is a partner in the Antitrust Group in the Brussels office. He advises clients on all aspects of EU competition law, including merger control, cartel investigations, and foreign direct investment reviews.

Henrik joined the firm from the European Commission, where he served for more than three decades in senior roles across competition and internal market functions. Most recently, he served as the Director of Transport, Post and Other Services at the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Competition (DG Comp), a position he held for over eight years. In this role, Henrik was responsible for overseeing the Commission’s antitrust policy and enforcement matters in the transport, post and other services sectors, including merger control investigations, antitrust and market sector inquiries, state aid matters and legislative initiatives.

Earlier in his career, Henrik held a range of legal and advisory positions at the European Commission, including Assistant to the Director-General of DG Competition, the legal advisor in the cabinets of Commissioners Poul Nielson and Marian Fischer Boel, Head of the Legal Affairs Unit and Head of the Single Market Policy Unit within the Directorate-General for Internal Market and Services.
