Matt Rosenberg is a counsel in the Intellectual Property &Technology Transactions Group. His practice focuses on the IP and technology-related issues in complex and multi-jurisdictional transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and spinoffs. He also regularly represents clients on IP licensing and sales, technology development and AI governance-related matters. Matt advises clients in a wide range of industries, including artificial intelligence, software, semiconductors, blockchain, telecommunications, sports, healthcare, financial services and consumer brands.

  • Amazon in its $10.8 billion acquisition of Globalstar
  • Dana Incorporated in its approximately $2.7 billion sale of its off-highway business to Allison Transmission Holdings
