IonQ Announces $2 Billion Equity Offering

Paul, Weiss is advising quantum computing company IonQ on a $2 billion equity offering. Proceeds from the offering will accelerate the commercialization of IonQ’s full-stack quantum platform. The securities will be purchased from the sole underwriter, J.P. Morgan, by an entity managed by investment firm Heights Capital Management, Inc.
