A partner in the Corporate Department and a member of the Capital Markets and Hybrid Capital & Special Situations practices, Matt advises public and privately held companies and investors in connection with a wide range of capital raising transactions, including initial public offerings, high yield debt transactions, complex private capital and hybrid investments and liability management transactions. He also advises private equity funds in connection with leveraged acquisitions, investments and in financing-related matters for their portfolio companies, particularly in the context of cross-border transactions.
