Paul, Weiss is a finalist for “Best Diversity Initiative” as part of The American Lawyer’s 2021 Industry Awards. The firm is recognized for the creation last year of firm-wide Colleague Connect Circles, one of the largest initiatives to date of the Inclusion Task Force. The Circles were created as a novel approach in the industry to strengthen the larger Paul, Weiss community by creating 36 smaller communities or Circles. Involving every lawyer in North America, the Circles are platforms for inclusion, learning and engagement. More than 300 informal gatherings, workshops and events have occurred since the Circles launched in June 2020.
The winners will be announced at The American Lawyer’s Industry Awards event on December 2 in New York City.
