Colleague Connect Circles
Colleague Connect Circles (“CCCs”), Paul, Weiss’s new inclusive community-building initiative, has established 36 mentorship “Circles” across our North America offices. Each Circle of partners, counsel and associates reflects the firm’s extraordinary diversity and variety of experiences and interests.
Since its June 2020 launch, Circles have held informal social gatherings, events with guest speakers, and more in an effort to learn and grow together, albeit virtually.
Circle members also engage with each other by attending diversity, equity and inclusion workshops together. For example:
- All Circles have attended highly interactive workshops on allyship and how to interrupt bias in everyday interactions
- Together with other members of their Circles, all midlevel associates attended our annual Managing Effectively Across Difference workshop
