Paul, Weiss Adds Debt Finance Partner to London Team

Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP announced today that Stefan Arnold-Soulby, a specialist in debt finance, will be joining the firm in London as a partner in the Corporate Department. Arnold-Soulby represents financial sponsors and their portfolio companies on a range of multijurisdictional complex financings, with a focus on leveraged buyouts of public and private companies.

Arnold-Soulby has advised on the financing aspects of a wide variety of multibillion-dollar transactions for well-known private equity firms, including Bain Capital Private Equity, Investindustrial, Searchlight and Warburg Pincus, among numerous others. He also represents clients in take-private transactions; direct and hybrid real estate financings, including the financings of take-private transactions involving REITs, for clients such as Brookfield Asset Management and Global Logistics Properties; margin loan financings; preferred equity financings; and other bespoke financing solutions at all tiers of the capital structure and stages in the investment cycle.

Arnold-Soulby earned his Legal Practice Course, with Distinction, from the University of Law in London; his Graduate Diploma in Law from City University in London; and his B.A., with honors, from the University of Durham.
