For the ninth consecutive year, the Women in Law Empowerment Forum (WILEF) has awarded Paul, Weiss its U.S. Gold Standard Certification for the advancement and promotion of women lawyers. Paul, Weiss is one of 28 U.S. firms to have been awarded Gold Standard Certification. WILEF grants U.S. Gold Standard status to firms of 300+ attorneys that meet objective criteria concerning the percentage of women equity partners, equity partners who are women of color and those who identify as LGBTQ+, women lawyers holding various firm leadership positions, and women who are in the top half of the firm’s equity partners in terms of compensation. Paul, Weiss is one of 16 firms to have met all six of WILEF’s criteria for the certification.
