Deputy Chair and corporate partner Valerie Radwaner, litigation partner Audra Soloway and M&A partner Taurie Zeitzer were named to Crain’s New York Business’ inaugural list of Leading Women Lawyers in New York City. The three were also quoted in an accompanying article, “Legal power: 100 female attorneys define success.”
Valerie was recognized for her leadership at the firm. Crain’s also noted Valerie’s work helping fashion, retail and luxury-brand companies with acquisition financings and for her involvement in the 30% Club, an organization that has set a 30% target for women on corporate boards by 2020.
Audra was recognized for her work representing clients in investigations and enforcement proceedings brought by the SEC and state securities regulators. Crain’s also highlighted the fact that Audra co-authored a definitive securities litigation compendium, “Federal Securities Litigation: A Deskbook for the Practitioner.”
Taurie was recognized for her work completing numerous multibillion-dollar complex corporate transactions on behalf of some of the largest global private equity firms. Her longtime work for Apollo Global Management since 1998 and Searchlight Capital Partners since its inception was also noted.
