We recognize that women in law have come a long way, yet still have a long way to go. We are sharply focused on the retention and promotion of our women lawyers and are committed to providing them with the tools to achieve professional success.

Percentage of Women Equity Partners
  • 37% of the U.S. partners self-identify as diverse (women, people of color or LGBTQ) and 65% of the U.S. associates self-identify as diverse (women, people of color or LGBTQ)
  • Women comprise 42% of the Management Committee
  • Women of color represent 22% of women partners, almost twice the 12% national average, and 35% of women associates
  • Our 2021 summer class was 56% racially diverse and/or LGBTQ and 66% of women summer associates are women of color
