We recognize that women in law have come a long way, yet still have a long way to go. We are sharply focused on the retention and promotion of our women lawyers and are committed to providing them with the tools to achieve professional success.

Percentage of Women Equity Partners
  • 40% of the U.S. partners self-identify as diverse (women, people of color or LGBTQ) and 68% of the U.S. associates self-identify as diverse (women, people of color or LGBTQ)
  • Women comprise 42% of the Management Committee
  • Women of color represent 24% of women partners and 35% of women associates
  • Women make up 58% of our 2019 first-year class and 53% of our 2020 summer class
