We recognize that women in law have come a long way, yet still have a long way to go. We are sharply focused on the retention and promotion of our women lawyers and are committed to providing them with the tools to achieve professional success.

Percentage of Women Equity Partners
  • 36% of the U.S. partners self-identify as diverse (women, people of color or LGBTQ+) and 69% of the U.S. associates self-identify as diverse (women, people of color or LGBTQ+)
  • Women comprise 58% of the Management Committee
  • Women of color represent 20% of women partners, exceeding the 14% national average, and 36% of women associates
  • Our 2022 summer class was 53% racially diverse and/or LGBTQ+ and 63% of women summer associates are women of color
