We recognize that women in law have come a long way, yet still have a long way to go. We are sharply focused on the retention and promotion of our women lawyers and are committed to providing them with the tools to achieve professional success.

Percentage of Women Equity Partners
  • 38% of the U.S. partners self-identify as diverse (women, people of color or LGBTQ) and 63% of the U.S. associates self-identify as diverse (women, people of color or LGBTQ)
  • Women comprise 42% of the Management Committee
  • Women of color represent 23% of women partners, almost twice the 12% national average, and 34% of women associates
  • Women make up 48% of our 2020 first-year class and 53% of our 2020 summer class
