Second Circuit Review: The Second Circuit in the Supreme Court (September 2018)

Litigation partners Marty Flumenbaum and Brad Karp’s latest Second Circuit Review column, “The Second Circuit in the Supreme Court,”  appeared in the September 25 issue of the New York Law Journal. The authors conduct their 34th annual review of the performance of the Second Circuit during the past Supreme Court term, and briefly discuss the court’s decisions scheduled for review during the upcoming term.
