Paul, Weiss advised the initial purchasers of Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc.’s offering of €750 million aggregate principal amount of notes. The company is a leading global convenience store and road transportation fuel retailer, operating close to 17,300 stores in 29 countries and territories, including those using the Circle K global brand. J.P. Morgan, Wells Fargo Securities, Barclays, BNP Paribas and Rabobank acted as representatives of the initial purchasers.
