AMG to Acquire Minority Interest in HighBrook

Paul, Weiss is advising AMG, a strategic partner to leading independent investment management firms, in its acquisition of a minority equity interest in HighBrook Investors, a real estate investment manager specializing in value-add opportunities in the United States and Europe. The deal will further diversify AMG’s business and expand its participation in global private markets. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The Paul, Weiss team is led by corporate partners Matthew Collin and David Hepp, and includes partner Reva Raghavan; tax partners Lindsay Parks, Timothy Lowe and Deeksha Rathi; and executive compensation partner Christopher Gonnella.
