Bioenergy Development Group Receives Investment From Newlight Partners

Paul, Weiss is representing Bioenergy Development Group in its $106 million investment from Newlight Partners LP. Bioenergy Development Group is a global developer of anaerobic digestion facilities, with more than 200 plants throughout the world that create renewable natural gas and healthy soil products.
