Enity Announces IPO on Nasdaq Stockholm

Paul, Weiss is advising EQT and its portfolio company Enity Holding AB, the largest specialist mortgage provider in Sweden, Norway and Finland, in Enity’s initial public offering of shares on Nasdaq Stockholm.

The Paul, Weiss team is led by corporate partners Andreas Philipson, Matthew Merkle and Roger Johnson, and includes partner Aaron Schlaphoff and counsel Niklas Ahlklo; and tax partners Lindsay Parks, Cian O’Connor and Deeksha Rathi.
