General Atlantic Acquires Minority Stake in Kavak

Paul, Weiss represented General Atlantic in its acquisition of a minority stake in Kavak, a leading e-commerce platform for buying and selling second-hand vehicles in Mexico. Financial terms have not been disclosed.

The Paul, Weiss team included, among others, corporate partner Matthew Abbott and tax partner Lindsay Parks.
