GI Partners to Acquire Netwatch

Paul, Weiss is advising GI Partners on the acquisition of Netwatch, a leading provider of proactive video monitoring and security systems for commercial and critical infrastructure clients, from The Riverside Company. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.

The Paul, Weiss team is led by corporate partners Ravi Purohit and Austin Pollet and counsel Antony Freeman, and includes, among others, partner Steven Kaye; tax partners Lindsay Parks and Deeksha Rathi; antitrust partner Ross Ferguson and counsel Todd Hahn; executive compensation partners Jean McLoughlin and Arian Mossanenzadeh; and litigation partner Daniel Gerkin and counsel Audrey Paquet and Benjamin Klein.
