Impact Group Acquires Leading East Coast Sales & Marketing Agencies

Paul, Weiss is representing sales and marketing agency Impact Group in its acquisition of Glen Cove, New York-based Wildfire Sales and Epic Natural Sales, both sales agencies focused on natural, organic and fair-trade products. The transaction marks Impact Group’s sixth acquisition as a portfolio company of CI Capital Partners. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Paul, Weiss team included, among others, corporate partner Ted Ackerman and intellectual property partner Claudine Meredith-Goujon.
