Lundin Mining Corp. Announces Unsolicited $1.1 Billion Offer for Nevsun Resources

Paul, Weiss is advising Canadian base metals mining company Lundin Mining Corporation in its all-cash $1.1 billion offer for Nevsun Resources Ltd, a Vancouver-based metals company. The unsolicited offer represents a C$4.75 per share price.
