Warburg Pincus to Sell TRC to WSP in $3.3 Billion Deal

Paul, Weiss is advising Warburg Pincus and its portfolio company TRC Companies on TRC’s $3.3 billion acquisition by Montreal-based professional services firm WSP Global Inc. Connecticut-based TRC is a leading strategic advisor in the engineering and consulting industry and supports clients facing complex infrastructure and energy challenges. The acquisition is expected to close in the first quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
