Litigation partner Aidan Synnott will moderate a panel discussion on antitrust litigation involving digital platforms at a New York City Bar Association CLE webinar. The event will examine recent antitrust lawsuits by government agencies and private plaintiffs against several large technology companies, which have the potential to impact platform innovation and antitrust law in coming years.
Aidan serves as chair of the New York City Bar Association’s Antitrust and Trade Regulation Committee.
The event, which offers CLE credit, will take place on December 4 at 9 a.m.
