Jacob Adlerstein and Alice Eaton to Participate at PLI Conference on Recent Developments in Distressed Debt, Restructurings and Workouts

Bankruptcy partners Jacob Adlerstein and Alice Eaton will speak at the Practising Law Institute’s “Recent Developments in Distressed Debt, Restructurings and Workouts 2019.” Jacob will speak on both the “Market Update and Documentation” and “Preliminary Restructuring Documentation” panels. Alice will provide the opening remarks and introduction. The event will take place in New York City on January 31.
