Cybersecurity & Data Protection Practice Group Chair John Carlin and litigation partner Janus Schutte will speak on panels concerning AI, breach response and compliance at the 2026 IAPP Global Summit, a premier global privacy, AI governance and cybersecurity law conference. John will speak on the panels “Cybersecurity and AI: Defenders, Attackers, and Supply Chain Impacts” and “Incident Response: Working with the Government,” alongside FBI Cyber Division Deputy Assistant Director Jason Bilnoski and DOJ Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section Chief James Silver. Janus will speak on the panel “Standing: A Make-or-Break Issue.”
The panels will take place in Washington on April 1 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. ET.
