Cybersecurity & Data Protection Practice Group Co-Chair John Carlin participated in two panels at The Cipher Brief’s Cyber Initiatives Group Winter Summit on December 10. The first panel, “China: A Board Primer,” focused on how boards can effectively protect against nation-state cyberattacks. The second panel, “CIG Principal’s Huddle,” addressed national cybersecurity policy updates, and discussed matters including quantum technology, data sovereignty, platform security and public-private sector forecasts.
The Cyber Initiatives Group is an organization of former top United States government officials and cyber leaders with deep public and private sector experience working together toward a more secure cyber future.
