Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Co-Chair John Carlin will participate in the American Conference Institute’s 10th National Conference on CFIUS, the nation’s leading forum on the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States. John will moderate the keynote fireside chat with Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Investment Security Paul Rosen, the top CFIUS official.
