Cybersecurity & Data Protection Practice Group Chair John Carlin will participate in a webinar, “State of the Boardroom: Supply Chain Risk—Resilience, Disclosure and Investor Expectations,” hosted by the Nasdaq Center for Board Excellence and the NYU Program on Corporate Compliance and Enforcement. Alongside panelists representing Docusign and Google, John will discuss how boards can more effectively oversee supply chain risk and test preparedness, escalation and governance ahead of a disruption.
