Cybersecurity & Data Protection Practice Group Chair John Carlin will facilitate an interactive panel, “Tabletop Exercise: AI Cybersecurity & Crisis Management Simulation,” at the NYU Program on Corporate Compliance and Enforcement’s (PCCE) 2026 fall conference on AI liability and compliance. The session will model AI-related corporate crises, including scenarios involving AI-enabled fraud and deepfakes, intellectual property and trade secret theft, and related cybersecurity threats. The exercise will guide in-house counsel, compliance executives and regulators through preparedness and response strategies. John will be joined by senior leaders from the financial services, insurance, legal, and cybersecurity industries. Assistant Attorney General Tysen Duva of the U.S. Department of Justice’s Criminal Division is a co-chair of the conference.
PCCE is an NYU School of Law initiative that convenes leading practitioners, regulators and academics to advance corporate compliance and enforcement policy. John serves on PCCE's board of advisors.
