Katherine Forrest to Speak at Vertiv Global Legal Summit

Global Artificial Intelligence Group Chair Katherine Forrest will speak at an internal legal summit for Vertiv, a leading global company that designs, manufactures and services critical digital infrastructure. At the summit, Katherine will present to Vertiv’s worldwide in-house legal team on recent AI developments, including regulatory divergence in AI across jurisdictions, the application of privilege and work product protections to AI tools, and the ethical and unauthorized-practice-of-law considerations arising from AI’s growing role in legal practice.
