Paul, Weiss Partners to Participate in The Deal’s Corporate Governance Conference

Corporate partners Scott Barshay and Krishna Veeraraghavan will participate in The Deal’s 5^th Annual Corporate Governance Conference, “Corporate Governance 2021: Business as a Driving Force for Social Change,” hosted by CNBC’s Jim Cramer. Scott will participate in a one-on-one keynote interview with Jim, and Krishna will speak on a panel, “ESG Activism: Re-Evaluating Board Composition.” The firm is a sponsor of the event.

The conference will feature interviews and panels exploring how the world’s largest companies and institutional investors are placing corporate governance initiatives at the forefront of their agendas. The event will take place virtually and in person in New York on September 30.
